We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.
Items must be returned unused, in original unopened packaging with any seal or shrink-wrap intact and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product to another customer as new. All products will be inspected on return – those that do not comply with the provisions above will not be accepted due to hygiene reasons.

All returns must be sent postage paid. However, if we had sent you the wrong item, your returns postage will be refunded.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, colour or style, you'll need to place an order for the new item and send the unwanted item back to us for a refund.
We do not refund the delivery cost charged on your order, unless you have received a wrong item. We also don't refund the administration fee equivalent to 10% of the order value for handling your original order and the return
